No referral needed — just book and come in. If you're claiming through your health fund, some funds require a referral for higher rebates, so it's worth checking with them first. We can provide documentation for your fund if needed.
Most private health funds cover remedial massage under extras. We have HICAPS on-site, so you can claim your rebate instantly — just bring your health fund card. The rebate amount varies by fund and cover level.
Wear whatever you're comfortable in — you'll undress to your comfort level and be draped with towels throughout. Most clients wear underwear during the massage. We provide everything else, including fresh towels and a private change area.
